A very popular song amongst our liturgists over the years. Written by David Haas based on a traditional Hawaiian melody, it is a struggle to sing it sensitively without it becoming tedious. One solution is to only do the refrain at the beginning and end. Another is harmonising the refrain, which is somewhat beyond us.
