“Gift of Finest Wheat” is one of the few crossovers between our repertoires.

That’s true, and Ryan’s is different again, as is the music at our main Mass at the cathedral.
I started writing that “I Heard the Voice of Jesus Say” and “Now Thank We All Our God” are in AOV, but then I remembered that “Shout to the Lord” is in CWB2, and you’re unlikely to see that in my hymn list!
“I Heard the Voice of Jesus Say” is a gentle text (that doesn’t need the “thy’s” in its original form) with a pretty (folk origin) tune, and I would have expected that to work just as well in a contemporary setting. I believe it’s Trisha Watts singing it on the AOV recording with just a harp backing, and it really is quite stunning.
Chris
I wonder if we could get away with four hymns all with KINGSFOLD as the setting in the one mass.
Geoff
