Hi Geoff. Do you think it’s okay to have “Go Tell Everyone” as this Sunday’s recessional, since it contains the words of the Gospel Acclamation? I was a little doubtful because it mentions that “God’s kingdom has come”, whereas the tenor of Advent is waiting for it to come. Thanks for your valued opinion.

I take your point on the waiting aspects of Advent, but the readings this week are full of life in the Reign of God, so I wouldn’t be too worried about going with it.
