Still in Spirit & Song Vol 2’s Advent songs, we find Joshua Blakesley’s setting of Isaiah 12.
This is more singable than some of the other songs in here, with the syncopation within reasonable limits, but the third verse is more a bridge with a different tune to the laid back first two verses. It’s a good pop song and I can see it being useful when Advent arrives. You can hear the original here.
