This version of St Patrick’s Breastplate isn’t to the tune of “Morning Has Broken.”

This translation is by James D. Quinn SJ and is set to ST ROSE by Laura Wasson. The tune is one bar of 4/4 followed by seven bars of 3/4, which I find a little odd.
