Purpose
I've worked my way through the As One Voice books and other collections making backings on Band in a Box to help me (& you if you're interested) learn new songs for church. This is aimed at churches and musicians that own the collections but haven't exploited them fully. If you don't have them they are certainly worth buying. This site is educational, nonprofit and designed to enhance the commercial prospects of songwriters. This site does not distribute copyrighted sheet music.Disclaimer
Any opinions expressed here are personal views and not the responsibility of any Church.
All music backings posted are created by myself and the intention is for them to be used to learn the songs. If any copyright holder wishes me to cease publicising and promoting their wares and directing people to where sheet music can be legally purchased please let me know.Mason’s “Mass of Glory and Praise”
To access my backings for Paul Mason's mass go to Feb 2011 in the archive.-

For All Once Broken from Breaking Bread 2022
Steve Angrisano has set a text by James Quinn SJ for the two verses and added a short refrain of his own. I can see this as a song for Gifts or Eucharist. There is a countermelody in the refrain … Continue reading

Every Moment of Each Day from Breaking Bread 2022
This is a song of praise by Bob Moore that has been added to Breaking Bread for 2022. The text draws at least some of its inspiration from Psalm 34. The tune in the verse goes up to Eb so … Continue reading

Drawn to You from Breaking Bread 2022
Sarah Hart wrote this song that is most suitable for the Preparation of the Gifts. It is long enough to cover the liturgical action well and is simply a beautiful hymn. I don’t mind it being in Db as a … Continue reading

Christ, Shine in Our Lives from Breaking Bread 2022
Anywhere you use “Christ Be Our Light” this is a new alternative hymn, so that means at least Entrance, Recessional and liturgies with a social justice focus. I’m not sure if the bridge will come into play all the time … Continue reading
